Pure Cheese
Let it be known that I love cheese! Food is wonderful all around and I love to both cook and eat all kings of food. My favorite kind of cheese is Mozzarella Di Bufala; a mild flavored cheese stored in it's own whey until it arrives on your plate. It's made from Water Buffalo Milk and although you can find other cheese labeled as such, the only true good stuff is found in Italy, for once you ship it out it loses it's goodness in the travel. My second favorite is Italian Blue Cheese, followed by Baby Swiss, then Provolone, etc... Swiss cheese is holy! |

The real Beach Boys *
I love the Beach Boys, but something most people do not realize is that the Beach Boys were the biggest posers ever, none of them surfed, and yet how many of there songs are nothing but surfing? I do not wish to tear then down at all, but I do wish to say that I am in many ways, more of a Beach Boy than they were, for I surf, and sing. That said, go listen to thier music! |

This is the setting for the most romantic walk I can immagine, and other than that, I think it is just one more evidence that we have a God who loves us.
